The Aston Martin DBS was tuned up by the German tuner Edo Competition, one of the major tuners in the car industry. Edo Competition gave the car an expert touch by boosting its performance without altering the cars already remarkable design.
The German tuner made no major modifications to the exterior of the Aston Martin DBS. The Edo Competition package provides the car with new additional 21-inch three-piece racing wheels with external rims made of stainless steel, offering Continental tires with a size of 295/25 ZR 21 for the rear and 255/30 ZR 21 for the front.
The changes were primarily focused on the performance of the car. Edo Competition provided DBS with a package that utilises special catalytic converters, a new high performance exhaust system, and high flow air filters that lifted figures to an extraordinary 550 hp and 600 Nm (442 ft-lb) from 517 hp and 570 Nm. With this augmented power, the Aston Martin DBS can cover 0-100 kilometres per hour in just 4.1 seconds. The top speed of the car is now around 320 kilometres per hour.
The German tuner also packed the car with a new high performance brake system with 405 millimetres of rotors and 6-piston monoblock callipers, performance brake pads for the front with 380 millimetres of rotors and 6-piston monoblock callipers, and performance brake pads for the rear.
Moreover, the interiors of the Aston Martin DBS offer buyers with carbon fibre shifter and shifter console, as well as unsparing leather upholstery. Buyers have the option of customising the materials and colour of the cabin depending on personal taste.
