E-Class drivers getting considerably more space
06 March 2009
Used car drivers are offered considerably more space inside the latest Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
"Considerably more" passenger space is available in the latest Mercedes-Benz E-Class despite it only being marginally larger than the previous offering in the range, it has been stated.A review of the E-Class by What Car? has highlighted that passengers will also benefit from a squarer boot to put their luggage in.
Furthermore, it is mentioned that the latest vehicle also has a "more edgy look" thanks to the inclusion of a "bulge over the rear wheelarch stretching into the wing".
Meanwhile, owners will also be blessed with a wide array of choice when it comes to deciding which engine to have.
In all there are eight engines to choose from, with all of them barring one labelled as BlueEFFICIENCY vehicles offering better fuel consumption and generating low levels of CO2.
Of these eight, three are diesel engines that all emit only 138g/km.
According to Mercedes-Benz, passengers in the vehicle will also benefit from additional shoulder room and elbow width as the overall size of the car has been extended.
