Mitsubishi Motors UK has announced the availability and pricing of the 2010 L200 Trojan double cab pick-up truck. The model will be sold only with Mitsubishis standard
Mitsubishi Motors UK has announced the availability and pricing of the 2010 L200 Trojan double cab pick-up truck. The model will be sold only with Mitsubishi's 'standard bed' option and is placed just below the L200 Warrior in pricing and specification, while offering great value for money.
The Trojan will be offered in two colours - Cosmos Black and Aztec Red and customers can opt for a leather trim for only £1,200 excluding VAT.
The Trojan's prices start at £15,999 for the OT9 L200 2.5 DI-D Trojan Double Cab Manual and at £17,199 for the OU0 L200 2.5 DI-D Trojan Double Cab Manual with Leather Interior. Customers who want the Cosmos Black finished in metallic paint will need to add £350 excluding VAT.
"The L200 Trojan package is aimed at supporting the UK's recovering building, plumbing, electrician and agricultural markets which have been suffering in recent months due to the credit crunch, but are now showing decent signs of recovery", a statement from Mitsubishi UK reads.
The car is powered by the Euro IV 2.5-litre DI-D turbodiesel engine that delivers 134bhp and 314Nm of torque. It also features a high-level of standard equipment including 16-inch alloy wheels, super select 4WD, rear differential lock, multifunction trip computer, CD player with MP3, rear electric window, climate control, colour-coded wheel arch extensions, CAT 1 alarm system, chrome outer door handles, chrome electric door mirrors with folding/heater function and privacy glass.
On top of that, the car has 12,500 mile/12-month service intervals, includes three-year servicing for only £415 excluding VAT, accident management and pan-European breakdown service.
When combined with top-of-the-range residual values the Trojan really is an excellent choice for drivers demanding performance, versatility and rugged style.
