According to General Motors, several official photographs of the 2012 Chevrolet Aveo have been revealed accidentally. The pictures, which came straight from the Chevy Studio, were not real-life still photographs but enhanced illustrations of some original shots of the next-generation car.

The company unveiled the Aveo RS concept during the Detroit Auto Show some time ago. From the concept car, it was obvious that Chevrolet was looking to produce an all-new Aveo that buyers would love look at and finally purchase. Chevrolet has indeed acted in accordance with this goal as the photos present a good-looking sedan with an apparent resemblance to the exteriors of the Aveo RS concept car. The Aveo had been given a much-needed overall modification both outside and inside. Inside the vehicle, the two -one interior has similarities to the other Chevy car, the Chevrolet Cruze.

The new 2012 Chevrolet Aveo is vastly different from the humbly-priced Aveo model that can currently be seen on the road. It has aimed its sights on the Ford Fiesta, specifically in the five door form. Presently, the Chevrolet Aveo is placed at a rank above the Spark and below the Cruze. There is a possibility that the major parts and engine of the Aveo are just the same as its hatchback version, but Chevy would do whatever is necessary to make sure that the latest Chevrolet Aveo gains the highest points in terms of styling as well as interior and exterior designing. Both the digital speedometer and analogue tachometer of the car are uniquely positioned.

Currently, the price of Aveo has yet to be revealed.
