Fans of used Vauxhall Corsas may look forward to when the improved models hit the second-hand market.What Car? reviewed the autos, which are set for release next year, highlighting its improved fuel efficiency, which, the publication asserts, will see it become a top-selling vehicle next year.
The petrol and diesel engines of the new Corsa range are 13 per cent more economical, with the 1.0-litre petrol engine achieving 64 bhp while emitting 117 g/km of CO2.
According to the news provider, the latest version of the motor provides a better ride and handling, while a new eco gearshift indicator in the dashboard will help drivers use the most economical gears.
The SE, SXi and SRi cars will also, from April next year, come with standard cruise control and trip computers.
In related news, Vauxhall recently announced the launch of a series of accessories that it says will make the journeys to see families easier this Christmas.
The items include a Vauxhall roof box, bike carrier and towbar.
