Audi TT Coupe - bubbling with comfort

Our Rating: No Rating Available

Like most scholars would tell you; do not judge a book by its cover but by its content. The Audi TT Coupe could be judged wrongly if it is the design alone that is put in perspective. Is the TT Coupe not a beautiful car? You bet it is, though the designer decided to play safe in its design, it is still one top notch Coupe.

The TT coupe is definitely a charming car engineered using the latest technology, thereby, providing mind-blowing driving experience to owners. From the outside, the car is very lively. The spacious interior is luxuriously furnished. This four-seater Coupe comes with all the safety equipment needed while cruising in this petrol driven, surprisingly agile car.

If there is something Audi designer got right when designing the TT coupe, it is the comfort the car offers to all passengers. The seats are positioned at a low level with lateral support that one can adjust as per individual's convenience.

The rear seats are ergonomically-shaped which when coupled with the ample room that was carved out for passengers' head and legs, provides maximum comfort to its occupant. The TT Coupe has a low roofline, it features short front and rear overhangs that accentuates and enhances its sporty elegances. The prominent flared wheel arches installed adds a dynamic stance to its over-all sporty look.

The exquisite interior features leather trimmed electrically adjustable sports seats with electric lumber support at the front and ergonomically adjustable seats at the rear. The leather seats are upholstered in fine nappa leather. The fashionable instrument panel is equipped with a driver information system, an audio system and a radio symphony with 6-disc CD changer.

The Audi TT Coupe cruises on a powerful V6 spark-ignition engine, with gasoline direct injection which generates a power of 250 PS @ 6300 rpm and a peak torque of 320 Nm @ 2500 rpm. The car accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and promises to deliver a top speed of 250 km/h. The engine is linked to six gears automatic transmission.

Performance is very strong with the car. This is partly due to the fact that about 69 percent of the car's body is made of aluminum with the other 31 percent made of steel. The result is, apart from overcoming the electrolytic corrosion issues that have plagued other manufacturers who have tinkered with this approach, the weight/power proportion enhances speed too. The car is a jet cruiser.

The Audi TT coupe is installed with McPherson strut with lower wishbones, aluminum subframe, and tubular anti-roll bar separate spring/shock absorber arrangement in the rear giving it a finely tuned suspension.

Also in its coffers is the track-stabilizing steering roll radius and another four-link rear suspension. The coupe also features an 'Audi magnetic ride', which offers crisp handling, while the ventilated discs, which act as the front as well as rear brakes, provide forceful stopping power to the automobile.

Audi TT coupe was carefully built with advanced safety features such as the Antilock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and dual stage airbags for the front seat passengers, radio remote-controlled central locking; anti-theft device and Tire Mobility system.

The Audi TT Coupe definitely has more than meets the eyes, so jump into this ?sporty? as soon as you can and try proving me wrong.
