Bentley has produced one of the most luxurious cars in the Azure T. Featuring a convertible top, four full sized seats and a 6.75 liter twin turbo V8 that is capable of producing 500bhp there isn't much this car isn't capable of doing. The Azure T is another impressively designed piece of craftsmanship; it features a higher level of luxury, performance and is more exclusive than other models in the Bentley line.
Under the hood the Azure T is equipped with a 6.75 liter V8 engine featuring turbochargers that enable the Azure T to produce 500bhp and 1,000Nm of torque. This is a fourteen percent upgrade in power than that of the Azure. The Azure T can go from 0-60 in 5.2 seconds and is capable of going over 100mph in 12.1 seconds and tops out at an impressive 179mph. The power combined with a double wishbone suspension delivers the quality and performance that fans of Bentley automobiles have come to expect. Depending on the road conditions the adaptive electro-hydraulic system can provide a looser or tighter feel according to driver's style.
The six-speed transmission offers the driver three transmission modes, Drive, Sport and Manual. There is also the option of upgrading the braking system to a state of the art system that helps keep the car even more easily to control. The state of the art braking system features large ventilated carbon/silicon carbide discs along with eight piston calipers. This system can slow down or stop the Bentley at a much faster rate than any other system available.
Bentley has added features to differentiate the T version from the Azure starting with 20 inch five spoke alloy wheels, Le Mans air vents in the front and twin exhaust tail pipes. The convertible top is a three-layer, seven bow canvas that looks regal either in the up or down position. The interior is spacious enough to seat four adults comfortably. With the diamond quilted leather on the inside of the doors and the chrome enhancements throughout, one look inside and you can recognize the luxury and attention to detail that Bentley is known for.
The masterminds behind the design of the Azure T have included a technologically advanced stereo system. It is equipped iPod, mini USB, USB and 3.5mm AUX jacks and an SD card slot to accommodate any type of musical device that the driver has. There is also a premium audio system designed by Naim that features a 10 speaker system with a dual channel sub-woofer and an 1100 watt amplifier.
Averaging 14.5mpg the Bentley Azure T is not optimal for gas conservation and the production of 465g/km of carbon emissions may leave many environmentalists gasping, but if you purchase a Bentley these numbers is not something that concerns you.
