The BMW X3 2.5si is named the All-Terrain-Car. This X3, with a length of 4.57 meters and a wheelbase of 2.80m feels pleasantly steady to drive, evidence that what was once the problem child of the BMW X series has metamorphose into a responsible and responsive child star.

The 5-door SUV/Off-road car has a way of perking up both refined and adventure seeking drivers to mount on its wheels because of its nifty on-off road design. It is no gay saying that a lot of innovation and functionality were ingrained into the overall build of the car, which is studded with a generous list of features and equipment.

The car with its terrific all-wheel drive system glides on the road and can initiate difficult maneuvers. This is possible because of the functionalities engineered into the XDrive - distributing engine resources to both axles depending on the terrain you are driving on, and with an amazing 6 speed sequential automatic transmission.

The car runs on responsible a 2.5 liter 24 valve in-line 6- cylinder petrol engine that can accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 8.5 seconds. The automatic transmission boasts leading edge Steptronic and Adaptive features.

Inside the BMW X3 2.5si you will find comfort and convenience with the interior perfectly treated to a nip and tuck. The materials used on the centre console have been uprated and there's a better looking three-spoke steering wheel.

The car commands a perfect premier look with a sizable list of amenities, including a large choice of both interior and exterior designs for trim, automatic air conditioning, dual zone climatronic, power steering wheel with cruise control, power windows, locks, and panorama glass roof and mirrors.

It also comes with fitted central door locking system and its remote control, front and rear electric windows and parking sensor.

For car users that loves entertainment, the X3 2.5si is installed with premium audio system with 6 disc CD changer and MP3 decoder, LC display, DVD compatible with 16:9 color screen, and an on-board computer to name a few.

To ensure the safety of car owners, BMW X3 2.5si is fitted with the Dynamic Stability Control System, becoming the first car in the series to be tweaked with the technology.

The Dynamic Traction Control, cornering brake control, hill decent control acts as a reassuring safety net in the event of an evasive or emergency maneuver. The driver and passenger seats front airbags are augmented by side airbag. Seatbelts are fitted with force limiters and tensioners, with electronically controlled pyrotechnic actuators.

To have a car of this size that fits into your garage with ease, you will have to part with good money, and true, the X3 2.5si is not cheap but if anything, unlike the other X3 series before it, this car actually give you value for your money.
