Jeep to Mount ZF Gearbox on the Grand Cherokee
Jeep has unveiled plans to mount the ZF eight-speed transmission on the new Grand Cherokee, and is even looking into using a nine-speed ZF gearbox in future models. Currently, the Grand Cherokee 3.0 V6 CRD, on sale in the UK, is available with a five-speed automatic transmission produced by Mercedes.
