Suzuki Kizashi is a car produced by the Suzuki Motor Corporation in the year 2009.  Suzuki Motor is a Japanese multinational corporation which manufactures automobiles. The Kizashi is a mid size car with a front engine, front wheel drive or front engine, four wheel drive layout. It is assembled in Sagara, Shizuoka in Japan and is created as a four door sedan.

                The name Kizashi is a Japanese word meaning something great is coming. It is created with two transmissions including a six speed manual and the continuously variable transmission or CVT. This was first released at the United States market by July 2009, and the others followed, including the Japan market in October 2009, the North American market in December 2009, and the Australian and North Zealand market in May 2010.

                Several concept versions of Suzuki Kizashi were also created. In 2007 until 2008, Concept Kizashi 1, 2, and 3 were formed. Concept Kizashi 1 was displayed at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2007 with a six speed transmission and turbo engine; Concept Kizashi 2 was displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show in the same year as a five door crossover sport wagon with a six speed automatic transmission; and the Concept Kizashi 3 was shown at the New York Auto Show in 2008 with a six speed automatic transmission and aluminum wheels. Other versions of the car include the Kizashi Apex and the Kizashi Ecocharge. Sales in the United States, however, was halted in November 2012.
