Volkswagen passenger car deliveries up 9.4 percent

Volkswagen passenger cars brand is off to a good start this year, as deliveries rose 9.4% over the past four months to 1.81 million units, from 1.66 million units over the same period in 2011.  In April alone, deliveries increased 6.3% to 456,200 units from 429,200 units last year.
