Volvo marks Congestion Charge changes with free chauffeuring service
Volvo has started to offer a free low-emission chauffeuring service in Central London in three of its DRIVe models to commemorate the introduction of the Greener Vehicle Discount for the Congestion Charge of the capital. The new rules mean that starting 4 January, all Euro 5 compliant vehicles – regardless of powertrain with CO2 output under 100 g/km are exempted from paying the £10 daily charge.
