Used Alfa Romeo 147 For Sale

The Alfa Romeo 147 model was first produced by Italian car maker Alfa Romeo. When Alfa Romeo 147 cars were launched in 2000, the model was a replacement for the 145 and 146 hatchbacks produced by the same company. It was first shown at the 2000 Turin Motor Show. Alfa Romeo 147 sales continued for 10 years, from 2000 to 2010, making the car the oldest small family car for sale in Europe, until it was replaced in 2010 by the Alfa Romeo Giulietta.

The still nearly new Alfa Romeo 147 had a facelift at the end of 2004, with a new front grille, new headlights, new rear lights and an improved interior design that was updated on every model except the GTA. The limited edition, called the Ducati Course, premiered at the 2007 Bologna Motor Show. It packed a 170 PS diesel engine and Q2, as well as a front Torsen limited slip differential. It was not until 2010 that the 147 was replaced by the Guilietta.

There were also high performance versions of the 147 that were made. In 2002, the high performance GTA model was launched. It had a powerful V6 engine and could reach top speeds of 246 km/h. It also had a widened body. Autodelta also produced a bored out' version of the GTA that had a split axle differential gear for the front wheels.
