BMW claims seven awards

Drivers of used BMWs can be sure of their chosen brand's quality after it scooped seven awards from a motoring magazine.
Upmarket car firm BMW is celebrating after being presented with seven titles by BusinessCar magazine.The news is sure to please drivers of used BMWs as it demonstrates the prestige of the brand.
BMW was named Manufacturer of the Year as well as getting the Environmental Award of the Year in recognition of its overall performance.
However, it also scooped five more awards for specific models.
The BMW 3 Series Saloon and Touring were named Medium Car of the Year, while 5 Series Saloon and Touring were deemed Executive Car of the Year, both prizes being presented jointly.
BusinessCar called the BMW X5 the Large 4x4 of the Year and the BMW 1 Series was the Lower Medium Car of the Year.
Supermini of the Year was the BMW MINI.
Used BMWs have also done well recently, with the X5 named the luxury used car of the decade by CAP.
