Car buyers turning to good value Chevrolets
11 May 2009
With the recession tightening its grip on the UK, motorists are turning to Chevrolet for value for money, the manufacturer has reported.
Chevrolet is continuing to perform well despite the economic downturn because it offers value for money, the manufacturer has claimed. The group stated car buyers are turning to its models because they want to be sure they are getting the most for their money in the current financial climate.
It made these comments in the light of new figures that found the company enjoyed increased sales last month.
Year-on-year new registrations were up 17.84 per cent in April, compared with the same period in 2008.
Managing Director Mark Terry said buyers had been trading-in more expensive cars in order to get their hands on Chevrolet models.
He explained: "Customers realise they can still buy a luxuriously equipped vehicle with an impressive name and a bold heritage, but at a great value price."
Meanwhile, car buyers may find they can save even more money when trading in their current vehicle if they opt for a used Chevrolet.
