04 November 2009
The Citroen C3 Picasso has been given an upgrade, making it "even more functional", according to the manufacturer.
Used Citroen sellers on the hunt for a new car may want to check out the "even more functional" C3 Picasso.According to the manufacturer, various tweaks have been made to the motor to deliver savings to the driver via engine improvements.
Capable of achieving 62.8 miles per gallon, the 1.6HDi 16V 90hp diesel option has been bettered, with the VTR+ and Exclusive trim vehicles clocking up emissions of 119 g/km.
This means that motorists who buy the C3 Picasso will only have to pay £35 per year for annual road tax.
Citroen also highlighted a new optional Bluetooth upgrade available as part of an option pack for both models.
The hands-free system has been designed to make it safe and simple for those behind the wheel to use a mobile phone.
"This new option also includes a built-in USB Box and socket, which allows users to connect a portable mp3 player directly to the car's audio system," it explained.
Meanwhile, last month saw the C3 involved in a celebration of the manufacturer's 90th anniversary.
