Hyundai has revealed that the new ix35 will cost around 16,495 pounds when it appears on the market on March 25th.
The ix35 Style model is cheaper to purchase than a basic Ford Focus model, but still includes features like 17-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, ESP, Bluetooth phone connectivity, and other more advanced features.
In addition, the Premium model offers 18-inch alloys, automatic headlights, panoramic glass sunroof, cruise control, roof rails, rain-sensing wipers, keyless entry including start/stop engine buttons, double-zoned climate control, and rear privacy glass. Optional extras include a reversing camera, fully-leathered seats, and touch-screen sat-nav.
All ix35 models are supported by Hyundais five year warranty and anti-perforation corrosion warranty for 10 years, which means that its attractiveness inside the showroom will be maintained in the coming years.
This package means that the industry experts CAP has provided the ix35 model an excellent group of residual value figures.
The 2.0CRDi Style 2WD, which is anticipated to be the ranges big seller, attained a 43% residual value figure at the end of 3yr/30k miles. These figures beat VWs Tiguan and the new Peugeot 3008, and are matched with the newly released Nissan Qashqai.
The ix35 Style range will be extended this autumn by the addition two smaller engine sizes - the 1.6 petrol having direct injection technology and the 1.7 diesel which offers fuel economy and emissions that rival the supermini.
