Jeep UK has unveiled a new special edition Grand Cherokee in the local market, priced from £33,995 OTR.

Based on the famous Grand Cherokee Limited model, the new Grand Cherokee S-Limited is well equipped with standard features and offers great value for money combined with the iconic four-wheel-drive capability of Jeep. Available in Bright Silver, Brilliant Black, Modern Blue and Dark Carbon, the S-Limited version will have a limited production of 250 models.

The S-Limited version boasts SRT-inspired exterior and interior features to give a sportier feel and look, such as unique 'Arrowhead' 18" alloys with mineral grey pockets, aluminium finish pedals, rear spoiler, HID headlamps, leather-trimmed sport seats finished in dark slate grey with suede inserts, leather-covered dashboard binnacle, front and rear heated seats, leather wrapped gear shifter, leather wrapped gear knob and steering wheel with carbon fibre style insert, deep tint sunscreen glass, body-coloured sill extensions, grille with black wire mesh texture and aluminium bezel finished interior items.

The Grand Cherokee line-up now includes four models - SRT-8 (£43,495), Overland (£36,995), S-Limited (£33,995) and Limited (£31,995). The 3.0-litre, six-cylinder diesel powerplant fitted in the S-Limited generates 215hp and 376Nm of torque to give the car a 124mph top speed.

"This new special edition model is a very attractive proposition for many new and existing customers. Highly specified with new interior and exterior finishes, including great four-wheel drive capability, the Grand Cherokee S-Limited will tempt many buyers looking for a new vehicle with lots to offer and at a fantastic price too", says Nigel Land, director of marketing at Chrysler UK.

Buyers can benefit from a range of competitive finance deals on the S-Limited. Chrysler, for the very first time, will be launching a new finance package - dubbed the Advance Payment Plan (APP) at zero percent APR. With the plan, customers benefit from a Guaranteed Minimum Future Value (GMFV) of their car, with a Personal Contract Plan (PCP) at the same end of contract options. However, instead of paying payments per month, the remaining balance can be paid through a single upfront payment.

For buyers who prefer a PCP finance plan, the S-Limited is available from £499 per month with 5.5 percent APR plus deposit and optional final payment.
