The Lexus CT200h - a rival to the BMW 1-Series and Audi A3 - is due to debut next week in the UK at the Greener Company Car show in Action.
The new hybrid, which is scheduled for sale early next year, will go on display during the event at Millbrook, Bedfordshire.
The premium compact hatchback is considered to be the first petrol-electric hybrid within its class and expected to have lower than 100g/km CO2 emissions.
Meanwhile, Swedish carmaker Saab has also registered at the event on 29 to 30 June. Its all new 9-5 prototype with 139g/km CO2 emissions for the 160PS diesel model will be available for evaluation.
For the first time, fleet decision makers would have the chance to get behind the wheel of the new Saab in Britain. It is also Saab's first model to be launched since the company was sold by GM earlier this year.
The event will also give car enthusiasts the chance to drive other low-CO2 models including Seat Leon Ecomotive, Toyota Auris Hybrid and the battery-powered Peugeot i0n.
Other new cars available for testing include the Peugeot RCZ, Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Vauxhall Meriva and Honda CR-Z hybrid coupe.
Vans and cars from 15 marques will be available to be driven at the 700-acre site, which has different road environments intended for evaluating cars.
In addition, Greener Company Car in Action will have a variety of displays and advice areas aimed at helping fleets cut their emissions and lower their running costs.
Included in the full list of vehicle labels attending the event are Vauxhall, Toyota, Skoda, Saab, Renault, Peugeot, Mazda, Lexus, Kia, Honda, Ford, Fiat, Citroen and Alfa Romeo.
