Lexus unveiled its IS350C F-Sport hardtop convertible last February. In an effort to provide the sporty model with additional style and performance, the company launched the IS350C F-Sport Special Edition version.
The company will only manufacture 100 units of the special edition car. The pricing of the car start from 58,375 Dollars which includes the destination charge worth 875 Dollars. The price is approximately 13,000 Dollars higher compared to the cost of the standard IS350C and almost the same as that of the IS350C F-sport version.
The IS350C F-Sport Special Edition version will be available in two colours, including Obsidian and Tungsten Pearl. With the same power as the a standard IS350C, the new model features new 19-inch wheels, Blistein shocks, and improved brakes in all four corners to provide a stronger pedal feel and improved fade resistance. Moreover, through the help of new lowering springs, the IS is positioned one-inch closer to the ground, together with swing bar that enables better overall handling.
The car comes with a special grille, leather shift knob, embroidered floor mats, unique exterior badge, and a serial-numbered console plate. Also, the IS350C F-Sport Special Edition model is packed with heated front seats, standard bi-xenon HID headlamps, and Lexus Navigation with XM traffic, Enform and weather.
The new Lexus IS350C F-Sport Special Edition version will be available on sale before April. Despite its higher price, the company expects that customers will prefer the new version than its immediate competitors such as Audi S5 cabriolet and BMW 335i.
