MiTo gives Alfa Romeo new dimension

Alfa releases first sporty concept vehicle since the 1970s with the MiTo.
A new dimension will be brought to the Alfa Romeo range when the Alfa MiTo ascends onto the market in the coming days.The manufacturer's sporty new concept is set to go on sale on January 24 and is the first sporty model from Alfa since the 1970s.
Three high-specification models will comprise the range, which is aimed squarely at young and image-conscious motorists.
Used car buyers will have the choice from the Turismo, Lusso and Veloce, while a choice of five engines three petrol and two diesel - are available.
The shield-shaped grille at the head of the vehicle is said to be imposing by Alfa and is positioned at the end of the V-shaped bonnet.
Meanwhile, inside the cabin, high-quality interior is visible throughout, giving both drivers and passengers the feeling that they are travelling in a vehicle from a "class above".
Christopher Nicoll, managing director of Alfa Romeo UK, said: "The moment is right to introduce a new sporty compact to the sector. Cool, young drivers will relish the choice and excitement that this new model a real driver's car brings."
A road test of the vehicle in The Independent stated that the MiTo "is compact and looked fun to drive".
