Fans of the smart fortwo can now customise the iconic brand with various designs through their new smart art stickers. These accessories comprise six different motifs, which include a classic black, blue and white racing pattern, various flower designs, skylines and even stars and birds wings.

Designed through the collaboration of renowned German artist Timo Wuerz and Mercedes-Benz Accessories GmbH, the new adhesive foil stickers are attached to the tridion safety cell to produce an appealing contrast with the other panels in the car body. If properly affixed, the stickers may last for five years and can still be removed anytime without leaving any marks.

The art stickers can be bought at any smart retailer with a price of 182 pounds including VAT. The retailer can put the stickers on upon the request of customers and the procedure would take around an hour.

Owners of the smart fortwo may also personalise the interior of their cars through a new collection of BRABUS interior contrast components. The eight-piece collection, which features a carbon-fibre look, includes covers and trims for the instrument cluster, dashboard instruments, door handles, centre console and steering-column stalk. The package is priced at 256 pounds including VAT and can be fitted at all official smart retailers.

smart owners love to personalise their cars and these accessories mean that they can make their smart ownership experience even more unique, said Dermot Kelly, the Managing Director of Mercedes Benz Cars UK.

Like the smart, these new stickers and BRABUS accessories are innovative in their design and made to a very high standard. Whats more, all are completely reversible too, meaning that owners can easily change their car back to standard specification should their tastes change or if they are upgrading to another smart and wish to sell their existing model, he said.
