Nissan announces release of Roox minicar

02 December 2009

Nissan has introduced its new minicar, the Roox.

Used Nissan drivers may be pleased to hear that the Roox minicar has been released to dealers across the country.

The name of the vehicle provides a clue as to the main features of the Roox, a title coined from the words room and max.

According to the manufacturer, this conveys the vehicle's attention to space through its roomy interior.

Described as one of the most distinctive aspects of the new auto, the room inside is complemented by its elegant design and convenient features.

These include double sliding rear doors for easy access and a large, low-floor height luggage space, the carmaker asserted.

Efficiency is also something Nissan has paid attention to in the development of this model, with its K6A engine-equipped models delivering on driving and environmental performance at 21.5 km/l2.

Last month, Nissan announced it had upgraded the GT-R to make it more comfortable and dynamic.

In addition, the auto is now Euro V-compliant and has a better eco rating after its CO2 output has been reduced by 3 g/km.
