Porsche plans new models for 2010

06 January 2010

Buyers may be able to get used Porsches in 2010 as the maker is set to bring in new products.

People seeking to buy a second-hand Porsche in 2010 may get their chance if existing owners decide to buy new models.

The upmarket car manufacturer revealed that it is planning to introduce new automobiles over this year and also made the promise of "further announcements".

It said in a statement: "The process of constant evolution and forward progress continues at Porsche in the new year."

Several of the luxury brand's achievements over 2009 were outlined.

These included the unveiling of the Boxster and Cayman as well as the 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 RS.

Last year also saw the introduction of the Cayenne Diesel and the Panamera Gran Turismo.

Those who cannot afford a new or used Porsche can still drive one at the Porsche Experience Centre in Silverstone.

Young fans of the car can even get behind the wheel of a pedal-powered model of the Porsche 911 and take a plush toy of it with them to bed.
