The Government's scrappage scheme has been over for a while now and offers by automakers, who stepped into to promote their own version of trade-in packages, are slowly fading out. But British drivers on the hunt for a brand new car need not to worry as they can take advantage of a new offer from Proton Cars UK.
Malaysian car manufacturer Proton Cars UK has announced a new finance deposit contribution scheme that is available for would-be buyers until 30 September 2010.
Under the scheme, when buyers take out a finance option with Proton Finance Ltd, they will receive up to £1,250 towards the Lotus inspired Satria Neo Sport and three-door Satria Neo, up to £750 towards the Persona saloon or the four- and five-door GEN-2 saloon, up to £750 towards a five-door Savvy city car and up to £500 towards the GEN-2 ecoLogic powered by LPG dual fuel.
In addition to that, Proton Cars is offering three-year free servicing on the Savvy range until 30 September 2010.
"By rolling out this exclusive finance deposit contribution scheme across our dealer network in the UK, we hope that customers will really feel the benefit at a time when every little helps - especially when buying a new car", said Simon Park, general manager for sales and marketing of Proton Cars UK Ltd.
