Seat is to launch two new models at the Barcelona Motor Show.
Car manufacturer Seat has revealed some of the first details of its two new models, the Leon Cupra and Ibiza FR.Both are set for launch at this year's Barcelona Motor Show, to be held in May, but the company has provided some details about the new cars ahead of their unveiling.
The 2009 version of Seat's flagship car, the Leon, will include "more dramatic looks", according to the company, featuring bold vents beneath the honeycomb central grille and two further black highlights on the new bumper.
Lower ground clearance at the sides of the new Cupra gives the design a more sporty look and feel, as Seat focuses on the sports market with its newest versions.
Meanwhile, the Ibiza FR hosts a state-of-the-art 150 PS twincharger 1.4 TSI engine to give the car plenty of zip, while also complying with the latest EU standards on emissions thanks to Seat's eco-friendly technology.
Earlier this month, it was revealed average prices for used Seats have increased over recent months, thanks to growing demand for the cars.
Its sports cars such as the Ibiza 1.6 Sport and Ibiza 1.4 Sportrider have seen particular increases in price, used car experts CAP reported.
