Suzuki GB has introduced the special and limited edition Alto SZ-L into the UK market. Based on the SZ3 model but with a higher specification, the car will only be available in 500 units.

Standard equipment includes side airbags, pollen filter and air conditioning, as well as front fog lamps and a range of interior and exterior upgrades.

Exterior upgrades include redesigned wheel caps, black 'B' pillar trims and black fog lamp, as well as black side mouldings and SZ-L embossed tailgate trim for extra protection when parked.

Inside, the car boasts features including SZ-L carpet mats, door openers, side ventilation louvers and silver coloured trim for gearshift knob. The door handle, gear lever and heater control surrounds match the body colour.

Suzuki has included the SZ-L in its popular finance offers, which have been extended until September 2010. Thus, the car is available on a low rate finance package for only £7,495 with a deposit of 15%; payments are £199 a month, spread over three years.

Alto is also available in 0% finance offers with a 45% deposit as well as the choice to pay a final instalment to own the vehicle at the end of the contract agreement and Driveplan PCP's for lower monthly payments.

Alto is among the least polluting five-door City cars in the market with 103 g/km tailpipe emissions and 64.2 mpg EC combined cycle. Ownership costs are also low with £20 annual VED charge and insurance group 1E classification.

Available in Bright Red or Superior White - both non metallic colours - the Alto SZ-L is priced at £8,170.
