Used Ferrari cars get 2-year warranty

All used Ferrari cars from approved dealerships in the UK will now come with a two-year warranty, roadside assistance and a free subscription to the company's magazine.

Sports car manufacturer Ferrari has announced that all of its dealerships will now offer a 24-month warranty on used cars.

The company has claimed that its Ferrari Approved programme, which will apply to any used Ferarri eight years old or under, is the first of its kind for the second-hand car market.

Motorists will need to take their car to be maintained by a Ferrari dealer or authorised repairer within 30 days expiry of the first 12 months in order to keep the Power Warranty valid.

The deal also includes free roadside assistance and a subscription to the Ferrari magazine, on top of an underwritten warranty.

Models eligible for the programme are the Challenge Stradale, 430 Scuderia, 575M Maranello and the 599 GTB Fiorano.

Speakers of Japanese are now able to access information from Ferrari in their mother tongue.

Ferrari recently updated its website to offer an online tool to translate it into Japanese, allowing those from the country interested in the brand to access information in their mother tongue.
