Name another driver
Naming an older and more experienced driver on an insurance policy can dramatically decrease the cost of an insurance premium. However, because this is a top tactic used among younger drivers who want to buy powerful and desirable cars, insurers have started to stamp this out and offer no meaningful discount. It can still work though, and whether or not naming an older and more experienced driver on an insurance policy will lower the cost will depend on the insurer itself.
Conversely, if you're an experienced driver, adding a younger driver to your policy can cause the cost of insurance to sky-rocket. So unless you're teaching somebody to drive, don't do it. If you are a younger driver, aim to add a driver who is at a minimum 5-years older than you with a no claims discount.
